Tax Advice

TaxHelp for Older People (TOP) is a national service providing free help and advice on income tax problems. TOP is provided by the Low Incomes Tax Reform Group of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Eligibility

Anyone aged 60+.
People with income around £15,000 or less.
Those caring for an eligible older person.

Tax Surgery

Monthly tax surgeries are held at Age Concern Harrow's offices, but please make an appointment with TOP by phone if you wish to attend.
