Lunch and Leisure Clubs - Tuesday Morning Club

What does our Morning Club provide?

This is where you can join in social activities including a Keep Fit session. Our instructor gears the exercises to meet the needs of older people. You may also enjoy a bingo session or a chance of winning a raffle prize. Tea/Coffee and biscuits will be provided.

What does it cost?

£1.50 per session.

When are we open?

We are open from 10.30am - 12 noon every Tuesday.

For membership of any or all of our clubs there is an annual membership fee of £12.
